A large industrial fire has broken out in Bracknell, prompting emergency evacuations and warnings for nearby residents to keep windows and doors closed.
Emergency services were called to Peacock Lane at around 3pm on Monday following reports of a major blaze at the Daler-Rowney site.
A significant emergency service presence remains at the scene as crews work to bring the fire under control.
Residents living close to the incident have been advised to avoid the area and keep windows and doors shut as a precaution because of smoke.
Police said some properties near the site were being evacuated.
In a statement, officers said: “If you are required to be evacuated, officers will come to your door to inform you, please follow their instructions.
“If you are not being evacuated but are in this area, please keep all your windows and doors closed.”
An evacuation rendezvous point has been set up at Waitrose for affected residents and anyone unable to access the area.
All emergency services are currently in attendance.
No injuries have yet been reported.
