AN AWARD-WINNING brewery is preparing to show how its beers can be perfectly matched with tasty cheeses.
Siren Craft Brew will be hold the 90-minute session from 6pm on Thursday, February 7.
The guided session will feature some of its newest beers as well as some old favourites.
The session leaders will explain how the beers are selected to go with the cheeses.
Organisers say that this will be an experience that contrasts flavours and harmonic notes followed by resonant mouthfeel experiences.
And there will also be a primer of beer ingredients, the brewing process and a bit of beer history.
