A man has been arrrested by police after reports of a stabbing in Finchampstead late last night (Friday, November 24).
Thames Valley Police released a statement earlier today saying that the 24-year-old man, who is from the village, was in custody following the incident.
Officers were called to reports of a stabbing at a home in Dart Close at around 11.15pm.

Ambulance crews treated a 29-year-old man at the scene but he sadly died in the early hours of Saturday, November 25.
Police then arrested the 24-year-old man from Finchampstead on suspicion of murder in connection with this incident.
There will be a heightened police presence in the area as the investigation continues.
