Bohunt School Wokingham is celebrating a strong set of GCSE results, with 84% of students achieving a Grade 4 or above in both English and maths.
The 2026 Year 11 cohort also recorded a strong pass rate, with 72% achieving Grade 5 or above in both subjects.
Across all subjects, 40% of grades awarded were between Grades 7 and 9.
The school said the results reflected the resilience, commitment and determination shown by students throughout their GCSE studies.
Several pupils achieved particularly high results.
Stephanie achieved 11 Grade 9s, while Eleanor and Callum each achieved nine Grade 9s.
Simi, Andrew and Lauren each achieved eight Grade 9s.
Headteacher Jen Comber praised the students and the support they had received from staff and families.
“I could not be prouder of what our students have achieved,” she said.

“These results are the product of genuine effort, resilience and a real love of learning – they show what happens when young people are supported to enjoy their education, respect one another and achieve their very best.”
She also thanked staff and families for their support.
Many of the students will continue their education at BW6, the school’s new sixth form, which opens in September.
Ms Comber said staff were looking forward to seeing “where they go next”.
Neil Strowger, Trust Leader at Bohunt Education Trust (BET), said the results were a testament to students’ hard work and resilience.
“Our commitment to ensuring the achievement of every student has led to these outcomes, which reflect the game-changing abilities of our students and staff and the excellence we strive for across BET,” he said.
