A FREE event in Crowthorne aims to bring together local businesses and borough residents, enabling people to meet the companies and discover the services available in their area.
The Business and Community Event, which will hosted by Bucklers Park Community Hub, is designed to help people new to the area to find out about Crowthorne’s vibrant business and services community.
Jessica Smith from Bucklers Park Community Hub said: “This is a great opportunity for the general public to find out what’s going on in the area, and to discover the businesses that operate here.
“We think the event will appeal not only to residents new to the area, who have perhaps recently moved into the new Bucklers Park development, but also people from other towns and villages in the area.”
The event is an opportunity for businesses to build relationships with the community, at the same time showcasing their services and connecting with potential clients.
“This is the first time we have run this kind of event,” said Jessica.
“Crowthorne’s Bucklers Park is a brand-new and growing community, and we’re excited to be able to offer this trust-building event to benefit both residents and businesses.”
It costs £10 to book a business space at the event.
Funds raised will go to Age Concern Bracknell, which manages Bucklers Park Community Hub.
Places are limited, so early booking is recommended.
The event will take place at Bucklers Park Community Hub, Crowthorne, on Sunday, September 20, from 1pm until 4pm.
