A man has been jailed for 18 months and disqualified from driving for 39 months for using stolen vehicles in Wokingham and Bracknell.
Jamie Drawblow, 25, of Kenilworth Road, Farnborough pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated vehicle taking and four counts of driving whilst disqualified.
The offences took place between April 6 and August 13 2024 while he was already disqualified from driving.
The first aggravated vehicle offence took place on April 6 2024 when Drablow used another vehicle that was stolen and then crashed it in Garswood, Bracknell.
He then committed another aggravated vehicle offence on May 14 when he used a stolen vehicle to get away from police and was then involved in a collision in Nine Mile Ride, Bracknell where one member of the public was injured and suffered minor injuries.
The third aggravated vehicle offence took place on June 25 on Easthampstead Road, Wokingham where he was seen driving a vehicle on false plates.
Police attempted to stop him, but he made off before the vehicle was recovered later the same day after being abandoned.
The final offence took place on August 13 when a stolen Range Rover was recovered in Oakengates, Bracknell as CCTV showed Drablow exiting the vehicle.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Stephen Major of the Priority Crime Team, said: “Jamie Drablow showed a disregard to the safety of others when he got behind the wheel of a number of stolen vehicles.
“Drablow was already disqualified from driving when he carried out these offences.
“I hope the sentence and the length of the disqualification from driving acts as a deterrent to others who believe they can drive on the roads without a licence or with disregard of the law.”
Drablow was arrested on 10 September last year and charged the following day.
He was convicted and sentenced at Reading Crown Court on Wednesday (12/3).
