Reading Festival’s final full day is set to bring the weekend to a spectacular close, with Florence + The Machine and Chase & Status Live providing a double headline attraction on The Grid.
Sunday at Richfield Avenue offers a particularly varied programme, moving between indie, pop, rap and electronic music before the two headline performances take over the main stage.
The day begins on The Grid at 12:35 BST with 54 Ultra, followed by Arthur Hill at 13:55.
A mystery special guest is then scheduled for 15:15, adding an extra element of intrigue to the afternoon programme.
Loyle Carner takes over at 16:30, with the acclaimed British rapper one of the day’s most anticipated performers. His thoughtful and personal approach to hip-hop should provide a contrast to the more electronic-heavy acts appearing elsewhere across the festival.
At 18:00, Role Model will perform before Florence + The Machine arrive on The Grid at 19:55.
Florence Welch and her band are returning to Reading Festival for the first time since 2012, making the performance one of the weekend’s most significant moments.
The band’s return comes during a major period in their career and the set is expected to provide one of the festival’s biggest singalong moments, with songs including “Dog Days Are Over” likely to be among the highlights.
There is then a short wait before Chase & Status Live close The Grid from 22:05.
The electronic duo are no strangers to Reading, and their live show promises to turn the final headline set into a huge dancefloor. Their performance is likely to provide a very different ending to Florence + The Machine’s more theatrical headline appearance.
For fans who cannot decide between the two, there is a major clash elsewhere.
Kneecap are scheduled to headline The Gallery at 22:05, at exactly the same time as Chase & Status. The Irish hip-hop group have built a reputation for energetic live performances, meaning festival-goers will have a difficult decision to make when the final headline sets begin.
The Gallery also features Holly Humberstone at 13:40, Julia Wolf at 14:45 and Men I Trust at 16:15 before KETTAMA performs at 19:50.
Meanwhile, The Warehouse is the place to be for drum and bass fans.
Hamdi, Hedex, SOTA and Bou all feature during the afternoon and evening before Hybrid Minds take over from 20:00, continuing through until 23:30.
There is also a strong selection of emerging artists across the smaller stages, with Violet Grohl scheduled for The Canopy at 17:00.
The Ballroom offers another alternative, with Paris Paloma scheduled for 21:50, while the day’s programme also includes performances from Chloe Qisha, WHATMORE and Westside Cowboy.
By the time the final acts take to the stages, Reading Festival will have already delivered four days of music across Richfield Avenue.
But Sunday has enough major names of its own to feel less like a wind-down and more like one final celebration.
With Florence + The Machine bringing a sense of occasion to the evening before Chase & Status turn the festival into one final late-night party, there are few better ways to bring Reading Festival 2026 to a close.
