Reading FC chairman Rob Couhig has given an update on the amount of season tickets that the club has sold for the upcoming 2025/26 season.

Royals fans have been given an extension until June 20th to secure their season tickets for the same price as last season.

Rob Couhig took to X to give an update. He said: “Congratulations @ReadingFC ! In < 3 weeks, the number of season tickets sold has exceeded all of last year. Lots of Urzzzs coming to Bearwood plus 4 guests in the box!. We are just beginning! Announcements this week that will provide huge motivation to secure your tickets before June 20. Hang on! #Reading Monday.”

Noel Hunt’s team will be looking to strength their squad throughout the summer transfer window.

So far, Reading have signed Lewis Wing up to a new contract, while several other key first-team players have been offered new deals.

Reading have also been linked with a move to bring Chem Campbell, who spent last season on loan at the Royals, back to the club on a permanent deal. However, they do face competition from other League One clubs.
