FC Bracknell U14 Wolves girls’ football team have been crowned Under-14 Division One champions after an outstanding season which saw them lose just once in 12 matches.
The title triumph comes a year after the side narrowly missed out, finishing runners-up, but the players responded in style with a campaign built on resilience, consistency and attacking football.
Winning 11 of their 12 league games, the team also recorded an impressive eight clean sheets, underlining both their defensive discipline and all-round strength.
Coaches have praised the group not only for their results, but for the way they have developed together over recent seasons, growing into what many believe is one of the strongest youth sides in Berkshire.

“This is a very special group,” the coaching team said. “They work hard for each other, support one another and represent the club in the right way every single week.”
Competing at the highest level in the county, securing the Division One title is seen as a major achievement for a squad whose teamwork and determination have been central to their success.
Their response to last season’s disappointment has been particularly notable, with players using the runners-up finish as motivation to improve and return stronger.
Support from parents and supporters has also been credited as a key part of the team’s success throughout the campaign.

But the biggest praise has been reserved for the players themselves, whose commitment and attitude have helped deliver a deserved championship.
On current form, they have made a strong case for being the best Under-14 girls’ team in Berkshire.
