A major road that links Wokingham with Bracknell and Reading will be closed tonight (Wednesday, November 29) for emergency works.
In a tweet, Wokingham Borough Council revealed the news that the Reading bound side of the A329m will be shut for the urgent repairs between Coppid Beech roundabout and the M4 junction 10.
The road will be open between Junction 10, Winnersh Triangle and the Thames Valley business Park turning.
A diversion will be place during the closure and the council’s tweet said it will be signposted.
The closure will take place between 10pm and 1am on Thursday, November 30, so rush hour traffic should not be affected.
The A329m has been subject to many complaints since it was converted into two single lane motorways, one for traffic going to the M4 and the other for traffic going between Reading and Bracknell.
