Approval has been granted to extend the deadline for work to start on development that will see 34 residential units built in a Wokingham business park.
Permission had already been granted in 2021 for the proposed change of use from offices to residential for the Rosa building in Mulberry Business Park on Fishponds Road.
Work must now start within three years of the decision, which was made on January 5, 2024.
