The final acts for this years Wokingham Festival, which takes place this weekend, have been announced.
the festival which takes place over the August Bank Holiday weekend boasts a whole range of excellent musical acts including original artists as well as a handful of cover and tribute bands.
As well as music, there will be food around the world on offer and entertainment including circus skills, mini golf, craft beers, cocktails and stalls to browse.
There are over 40 artists appearing across the weekend, with talent from across the borough and much further afield.

Dean Nelson, Festival Organiser said: “It’s been great to see the reputation of the Festival grow as we have upgraded the second stage to accommodate full bands and promote exciting local original artists, along with the third, prog‐rock‐themed, day bringing in acts you would not expect to see in a field in Wokingham.”
There is a great breadth of musical genres covered, with bands both old and new, the common factor being the high quality. Natalie Gray, He Fired First, EBB, Bevendene and Revolver are the final additions.
Scottish art‐rockers EBB are a six piece band known for their dramatic live shows, and were winners of Prog Magazine’s Best New Band award in 2024.
Synthpop artist Natalie Gray is originally from Reading, and headlined at Readipop last year.

He Fired First is a high‐octane folk punk trio.Bevendene are an exciting young four‐piece rock band from Reading, and recently had the honour of announcing the Reading FC third kit. Revolver are another local band who will be entertaining the crowd with indie anthems.
The Monday line‐up continues to have a flavour of Prog and Classic Rock, with the Tom Robinson Band headlining on the main stage in their last full band appearance of the year, plus Prog magazine’s Best Band of 2024, Solstice, EBB, and the John Hackett Band. On the marquee stage, The Dead Can Wait, Leonie Jakobi and AlphaLine have been announced.
Headliners on the main stage are Our Own Way ‐ A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac on Saturday, and A Head Full of Coldplay on Sunday, on the marquee stage, China Bears on Saturday and Bonnie and the Jets on Sunday. Other acts announced include Puma Theory, Selina and the Howlin Dogs, Red Hoax Chili Peppers, Verdagears and The Stretch.

Advance tickets are on sale, saving more than 15% on gate prices, and may be purchased via the web site at www.wokinghamfestival.co.uk , and prices have been held the same as last year. Advance ticket sales end at 9pm on Thursday 21st August.
