Police are appealing for information after a man allegedly rode away with an electric bike worth around £3,000 during a test ride in Bracknell.
Thames Valley Police said the victim had advertised the electric pedal bike for sale and agreed to let a prospective buyer try it.
The man attended the victim’s address at about 18:30 BST on Sunday, 14 June, to view the bike.
He reportedly said he wanted to take it for a test ride, which the victim agreed to.
However, the victim noticed a short time later that the man had ridden away on the bike and had not returned.
Officers are now asking the man pictured in the appeal to come forward and speak to them about the incident.
Police are also appealing to anyone who may have information or who was in the area at the time to get in touch.
Anyone with information should contact Thames Valley Police on 101, quoting reference 43260299619.
