Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, two men have been charged in connection with a fatal road traffic collision in Datchet in 2024.
Neil Carr, aged 57, of Bowden Road, Ascot has been charged with one count each of manslaughter, death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving today (25/8).
Jordan Kripczik, aged 18, of Waterloo Road, Wokingham has been charged with one count of aggravated vehicle taking yesterday (August 25).
They are both due to appear on September 30 at Reading Magistrates’ Court.
The charges are in connection with an incident that occurred at around 4pm on B376 Horton Road, Datchet on Saturday, October 19, 2024.
Aidan Tottman, aged 16, died in hospital the following day from serious injuries.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “Our thoughts remain with Aidan’s family and friends.”
