Norman Jorgensen, Conservative
Norman has lived in Earley since 1984. He is married to Pauline with one son at University. He works for an engineering consultancy and manufacturing company.
He has been a Town Councillor for Hillside Ward for 16 years and a Borough Councillor for 12 years.
Norman’s priorities are:
- Keeping Council Tax as low as possible while ensuring the Council delivers good quality services
- Maintaining educational excellence in our schools
- Recognising that congestion is a key issue, improving roads and other transport links including bus services, railways, cycle and walking routes
- Improving leisure and community facilities such as the refurbishment of Loddon Valley leisure centre. Norman worked hard to ensure the new Bulmershe leisure centre was built
- Enhancing our environment, reducing noise and other pollution from the M4, increasing recycling and retaining weekly waste collections
Norman would welcome the opportunity to continue campaigning for our community.

Caroline works for a National Charity and has served as a borough councillor.
She spent 12 years as a local school governor.
Having lived in Lower Earley for over 30 years she has a deep understanding of local issues.
Caroline says Earley needs a decent bus service.
