Plans are progressing on a huge development of more than 200 homes on the edge of Bracknell.
Beaufort Park, which is situated between Bracknell and Crowthorne, is set to be built on to create 226 homes after Bracknell Forest Council approved plans in 2024.
The developers have now had key details that clear the way for the construction to begin.
In the town itself, plans have been approved for improvements to a BMX and skate park at Mill Pond.
Over in Wokingham, a church has won permission for roof works, and 12 flats will be created at a village business park.

Construction due on 226 homes at Beaufort Park (Bracknell apps 25/00003/COND and 25/00004/COND)
The Hill Group and Sovereign Network Group are due to start work on building 226 homes at Beaufort Park as crucial details have recently been approved.
Prior to work starting, the developers had to submit details to the council, laying out how the construction will take place and where work will begin first.
These are set out in phasing and construction plans, which were granted by the council on March 10.
The first phase, to build 81 homes, should be complete next year, with the second phase for 145 homes for completion in 2029.
BMX and skate park for Mill Pond (Bracknell app 25/00133/FUL)
Improvements are coming to the BMX and skate park at Mill Pond.
Plans were submitted by Bracknell Town Council to make the upgrades, which create a ‘pump track’, which is a purpose-built, loop-shaped track featuring rollers and banked turns, designed for bicycles, skateboards, and scooters.
A ‘two-man’ BMX track will also be created as part of the upgrade.
The plan first emerged a year ago, with approval from Bracknell Forest Council being granted on March 13.
New church roof approved (Wokingham app 253099)
Wokingham Baptist Church in Milton Road will be getting a new roof as the congregation in charge of it has successfully applied for the works.
A new flat roof will replace part of the existing atrium roof on a modern extension as a professional mentioned that the roof was leaking due to a design fault.
The project, which involves installing a roof light and changes to the fenestration, was approved on March 12.
The main church building is listed, with worship taking place for 251 years.
Flats approved at village business park (Wokingham app 241350)
A developer has won final approval to construct two buildings containing 12 flats at the Stanlake Park business site in Ruscombe.
The development will create one one-bed, nine two-bed, and two three-bed flats at an informal outdoor area for Stanlake House.
The project was approved at a Wokingham council planning meeting last July, subject to a section 106 legal agreement being completed.
This agreement was completed on March 10, with the developer agreeing to pay £26,065 for off-site affordable housing elsewhere in the borough.
