This year the Wokingham Poppy Appeal launched a new award that is to be presented annually to a local group, organisation or business.
This is the Sue Lardge Memorial Shield.
The first recipient of this award is the Wokingham Rock Choir who, over the last few years, have given us so much support with their members collecting outside shops around the town.
Also the Wokingham Poppy Appeal is proud to announce that the winners of the outstanding achievement award goes to Frank and Kathy Burwood have been an amazing help for the last 14 years.
