The first homes in the new south Wokingham development are being marketed for sale.
The new development by Miller Homes will consist of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
The first phase will comprise of a collection of two- and three-bedroom semi-detached homes, three-storey homes and three- and four-bedroom detached homes.
The developer said: “Our first release of homes are now ready to reserve with selected homes ready to move into early 2026.
The development at Holme Meadows is off William Heelas Way, close to the A329M.
Plans for the development include a primary school, green open spaces and a local centre.
Plans for the development were approved by Wokingham borough council earlier in 2025.
