Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a serious injury collision in Sandhurst.
At around 12.15pm on Sunday, May 24, a white Ford KA was involved in a collision with a pedestrian on the southbound carriageway of the A321, Marshall Road, close to the junction with Laundry Lane.
The pedestrian, a man aged in his eighties, sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident but has now reopened.
Investigating officer PC Greg Jones, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances of this incident which has left a man with serious injuries.
“I am appealing for any witnesses to please come forward and ask any drivers who were in the area at the time and have dashcam footage to review it, as it may contain important information about the collision or the moments leading up to it.
“I would like to sincerely thank all road users in the area for their patience today whilst we completed our enquiries at the scene.”
