Two local companies have joined forces with the aim of supporting more clients and accelerating long-term plans.
Real estate firm Avocado Property and Soteria Planning, which offers wills, trusts and estate planning, are both based in Binfield.
In a joint statement, they said: “To date, both Avocado and Soteria have assisted thousands of clients since our launch.
“Each brand has established a strong local reputation, and this merger will help to drive our expansion plans, as well as our vision for a national presence.
Jamie Shepherd, founder of Soteria Planning, told Wokingham Today: “Both companies uphold the same core values in serving our clients.
“Our local reputations have been built by consistently doing right by each client.
“This merger is a positive step for both companies, our staff, and especially our clients.”
Mike Robson, co-founder of Avocado Property, added: “Avocado and Soteria share immense ambition and a common client demographic.
“Jamie’s outstanding local reputation, combined with the synergy of our two brands, is evident.
“This is an exhilarating time for all involved.”
Ian Macbeth, co-founder of Avocado Property, added: “The internal cultures of both companies are in alignment, with all shareholders embracing a family-centric and modern business approach.
“I anticipate this merger marking the beginning of an exceptional collaborative effort to grow in both industries, while offering shared services to our mutual clients.”
