Firefighters were called to a Wokingham home after an electric vehicle charging point caught fire.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service was alerted to the incident in Cantley Crescent at 5.29pm on Monday, July 6.
Crews from Wokingham, Crowthorne and Bracknell fire stations attended and found the EV charging point ablaze on arrival.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames before checking the area with a thermal imaging camera to ensure there were no remaining hot spots and that the fire had not spread.
The incident was brought under control quickly, with crews remaining at the scene for around 19 minutes before leaving. No injuries were reported.
