FIREFIGHTERS tackled a chimney fire at a home in Finchampstead last night.
Crews from Wokingham Fire Station were called out to an address in Nash Grove Lane at around 11.30pm on Thursday evening following reports a section of the chimney was ablaze.
The teams spent around an hour and a half at the address, attending to the fire and ventilating the property.
None of the two occupants in the house were injured and no significant damage to the building was caused.
