FIRE crews had to rescue four people from a car stuck in floodwater.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service sent teams from Wokingham Road and Maidenhead fire stations to Station Road in Wargrave shortly after 9pm on Thursday, February 29.
Also attending were crews from Oxfordshire County Council Fire and Rescue Service and a Water Rescue Unit from Caversham Road Fire Station.
They rescued the driver and passengers from the vehicle before making the scene safe.
In all, they were on the scene for just under half an hour.
