Wokingham Borough Council has said that residents will start to receive their poll cards ahead of the June 8 General Election.
They should arrive by Friday, May 19.
Wokingham Borough Council’s returning officer Andrew Moulton said: “Anyone who receives a poll card before Friday 19 May doesn’t need to do anything before polling day, unless they wish to register for postal or proxy vote.
“However, anyone who doesn’t receive a poll card should visit: www.gov.uk/register-to-vote by Monday 22 May to register to vote.”
