Real estate firm Savills has announced four promotions in its multi-disciplinary Reading office.
The promotions across the firm’s development, planning and residential lettings teams will see the creation of a new director, two associate directors, and a senior surveyor.
Jonathan Prince, head of valuations in Reading, has been promoted to a director position. Jonathan joined Savills in 2018 and provides professional advice to clients in the commercial and residential sectors across the Thames Valley, and beyond.
James Harrison is assistant head of department for the residential lettings operation across Reading and Newbury. He has 14 years’ experience in the Berkshire lettings market and is responsible for growing the firm’s mainstream presence as well as to maintain its strength in the prime property markets across Reading and Newbury.
Jon Sebbage, an experienced planner, has been promoted to an associate director role within the Reading planning team. His work involves advising on the development potential of land, promoting sites through the local plan process and coordinating preparation of planning applications for a range of development proposals in Reading and the Thames Valley.
Ailsa Howells has become a senior surveyor within Savills development team in Reading. She joined the Reading office as a graduate in 2021. Her role incorporates development agency and consultancy advice to a range of landowners across the Thames Valley on both greenfield and brownfield sites with development potential through all stages of the site delivery.
