With warm weather forecast this week, some bin collections may start earlier than usual so crews can work safely before the day gets too hot.
The council is urging residents to put bins out by 6am on collection day, or the night before if possible.
To help reduce smells and keep containers tidy in the heat, please keep bin lids closed and make sure food waste is securely wrapped or sealed inside your food waste caddy.
A spokesperson said: “Thank you for helping our crews continue collecting bins safely during the warmer weather.”
