Reading FC have confirmed that 15 of their academy players have signed new contracts ahead of the 2026/27 season.
The deals come after the club announced in May that several young players were in discussions over extending their stays at the Select Car Leasing Stadium.
Among those to sign new agreements are Boyd Beacroft, Joe Barough, Tom Norcott, Emmanuel Osho, Matt Rowley and Tyler Sackey, whose futures had been the subject of negotiations following the end of last season.
They are joined by Carter Bowdery, Philip Duah, Sam Harrison, David Hicks, Luke Howard, Abraham Kanu, Harrison Rhone, John Ryan and Shay Spencer in committing their futures to the Royals.
The latest contracts continue Reading’s focus on developing homegrown talent, with a number of academy graduates featuring in the first team in recent seasons.
The club said the new deals reflected its commitment to providing a pathway for young players as they continue their development ahead of the new League One campaign.
