A BOROUGH vineyard will be teaching people how to pair confectionery with beverages.
Stanlake Park vineyard, one of the oldest wineries in England, is holding a Choc and Booze Tasting session, which they say make great companions, especially with chilli.
A guide will lead visitors to the event through a range of flavours and pairings, with three samples of alcoholic drinks, and three samples of chocolate, including from Maidenhead producer Chocs With Love.
The event is NOT suitable for people with nut, milk, and gluten allergies.
Visitors will receive a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, with guidance on pairing lasting one hour.
The event takes place at Stanlake Park Wine Estate, Twyford, on Friday, December 15, at 4.30pm.
Tickets cost £30 per person.
