A new Christian youth group is looking for enthusiastic volunteers.

Life Is A Sitcom is a new Friday evening social group for 14-18-year-olds.

It runs fortnightly starting Friday, April 12 from 6pm to 7.30pm in the Bradbury Centre, Rose Street, Wokingham.
The goal is to bring together a group of young people to build friendships, watch comedy sitcoms and explore some of the themes that arise.

This will be a safe, friendly and fun group.

Chaos Club is a long established after-school club for ages five to 11. It runs fortnightly on Tuesday from 4.30pm to 6pm in the Bradbury Centre.

Each session includes activities such as craft, simple baking, active run around games and stories.

Do you have a couple of hours to spare once a week?

The Link Visiting Scheme aims at reaching people who have become socially isolated by offering friendship, support and a listening ear. They need befrienders who will be responsible for visiting an elderly local resident on a regular basis.

This can be as frequently as you choose. This scheme makes such a difference to the person you are visiting.

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) is a challenging programme of activities which helps young people to learn new skills, help others and experience adventure.

If you have an enthusiasm for working with young people and an interest in camping, walking and the outdoors the please get in touch and we can arrange for you to join a session and meet the team.
