A man who was the subject of a police wanted appeal has been sentenced after admitting breaching the terms of a court order.
Liam Reeves, 30, of Underwood in Bracknell, was wanted by Thames Valley Police for breaching the terms of a non-molestation order.
Police have now confirmed Reeves has been arrested and charged in connection with the breach, as well as one count of criminal damage after damaging his electronic monitoring tag in March.
Reeves appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court on 26 June, where he was given a six-month prison sentence, suspended for two years.
The court also ordered him to complete rehabilitation activities, carry out 250 hours of unpaid work and pay a total of £472 in costs, surcharge and compensation.
A new electronic monitoring tag was also issued.
Following the sentencing, Thames Valley Police said it was no longer seeking information about Reeves and thanked members of the public who responded to its appeal.
A force spokesperson said: “We would like to thank the public for their support with this appeal.”
