Wokingham church swaps pulpit for the great outdoors with family bike ride

MEMBERS of a Wokingham town church are holding a family bike ride in September.

The 20km route will have some off-road parts, with short and steep hills en route. Organisers say anyone with a normal bike will be able to participate, and if they need to get off and push for a bit that will be fine.

It is aimed at people with normal fitness levels.

The event starts at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Sturges Road from 3pm on Saturday, September 10.
