STAFF at a home care company that works across Wokingham and Bracknell are the best in the country.
Caremark Wokingham & Bracknell, was awarded the title of top-performing business in its region at the Caremark Franchise 2024 Awards, beating off 126 other offices in the group.
This win recognises franchise owners Bipin, Daksha and Ravi Patel, and was for managing an excellent business throughout 2023.
Judges said they were above others for delivering exceptional care and providing support to fellow franchise owners, as well as making what they said was positive contributions to the wider franchise network.
Naomi Haughton, Caremark’s regional support manager for the region, said: “As a region, we provide care to more than 1,600 customers, and this is growing fast. Caremark Wokingham & Bracknell is an office that has contributed immensely to this growth.
“Our 2023 data shows that they not only delivered exceptional home care to their customers but reached an impressive 14% growth compared to the year before, which is extra impressive as in 2022, they achieved a 52.7% growth rate.”
She added: “Bipin, Daksha and Ravi are extremely dedicated and passionate about their business; their success is clear evidence of this.
“They have recently reached an annual rolling turnover of more than £3 million, which will now see them as members of our exclusive support group for our biggest businesses.”
The win was also paid by David Glover, joint CEO of Caremark, who congratulated the branch for their hard work and dedication.
“They are complete ambassadors for the franchise, embodying our values to improve lives and enable customers to enjoy life as independently as possible,” he said.
“As a franchise network, we’ve collectively delivered more than six million hours of home care to people this year and continue to streamline our business model to become more effective within the community.
