Emergency crews were called out to an incident on the A329m on Christmas Day.
A driver reported that he was feeling unwell and had pulled over, seeking medical assistance.
It was feared that he was unconscious but when a team from Wokingham Road fire station attended the incident he was found to be conscious.
Ambulance crews took the man to hospital.
The incident happened around 12.11pm on Christmas Day. We understand no other vehicles were involved.
