A WINNERSH care home welcomed its local community in to enjoy fun family activities including a teacup ride, bouncy castle, hook a duck, coconut shy, china smash, and splat a rat.
“We had a wonderful day, and welcomed not only Wokingham Borough Mayor Cllr Carol Jewell, but around 100 guests from our local community as well,” said care home manager Alice Dunning.
“Local schools also visited and our residents really enjoyed taking part in the activities within a traditional funfair atmosphere.
“As well as all this, people were also able to meet our caring team and get a glimpse of the welcoming home we’ve created for our residents.”
