A FREE mending service accepts damaged household items and restores them, giving them a longer lifespan.
Volunteers at a local repair café are happy to fix residents’ faulty goods in order to reduce landfill.
Lambs Lane Repair Café welcomes visitors to sit and relax over refreshments while the team carries out repairs with them.
It is open every third Sunday of the month.
There is no need to book; people are invited to simply come along.
The next session at Lambs Lane Primary School, will be on Sunday, July 19, from 10am to 1pm.
