FIXERS can help repair a wide range of household items, keep replacement costs down, and reduce the amount of waste sent to landfill.
Broken appliances, toys, and games are just some of the things that can be repaired at Woodley Repair Cafe.
Assistance is free, but donations are welcomed.
Since it began in January 2024 the group has repaired more than 600 items and saved 1,107 kgs (more than a tonne) from landfill.
That’s 9,400 CO2 emissions saved.
Woodley Repair Cafe operates on the first Sunday of the month, at Christ Church, Crockhamwell Road, between 2pm and 4pm.
