GARDENERS in Finchampstead dig into a different subject at each of their monthly meetings.
California Gardeners’ Club enjoys a full schedule of talks and events throughout the year.
In July they will be hearing from G Talbot, who will reveal secrets of growing scented climbers in his talk Understanding Your Soil and Sweet Peas.
At this meeting there will also be a rose and sweet pea competition.
Throughout the year members exhibit produce, and have opportunities to enjoy social gatherings.
They meet at The Ratepayers’ Hall on the first Monday of every month.
For sweet pea growing tips people should make their way to The Ratepayers’ Hall, Finchampstead, on Monday, July 6.
Doors open at 7.30pm for 8pm, and visitors are welcome.
Entry costs £2, or £7 for the whole year.
