Following an investigation by Thames Valley Police, a man has been charged with four counts of sexual assault by touching.
Ibrahim Ali, aged 36, of Percy Place, Datchet, was charged on Saturday, July 5.
The charges relate to four incidents at Nirvana Spa, Mole Road, Wokingham where four women have reported being touched inappropriately during treatments.
Ali will appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on August 6, 2025.
