WOKINGHAM’S newest gym took to the newly refurbished Market Place on Saturday to tell shoppers about its wares.
ARC opened on Reading Road late last year and offers personal trainers, circuits and the use of a range of equipment designed at getting fit, toning muscles and boosting health and well-being.
As part of its stall, team members offered demonstrations of equipment and offered a range of giveaways and prizes. Pictured above are ARC team members Helen Salisbury and Andrea Eden trying their hand on the weights.
