Áine Deane – The Sisterhood
You know an artist is a star in the making when fans arrive hours early to their sold out show to ensure that they are at the front and when, during the show, the whole audience sings along to every song.
That happened last week at Áine’s special Sisterhood show in London where she performed a wonderful acoustic set.
Áine was joined by various guests throughout the night who created an atmosphere that helped make the night feel like a happy joyous gathering of friends.
This song is Áine’s latest single and is a prime example of her quality songwriting with its infectious catchy chorus and great lyrics – if anyone out there is messing their girlfriend around take care.
Áine has a new EP coming out in September with a tour of some impressive venues to follow. Before that though, there’s an opportunity to see her with her band, headlining the Wokingham Music Club Stage at Wokingham Festival on Saturday, August 24 – www.ainedeanemusic.com
Phantom Booth – Thieving Hound
Talking of Wokingham Festival, here’s a band that played there last year.
This is their first release of the year, and as we have come to expect from this band it’s a good one.
Opening with a cool guitar, bass and drum groove it drives along into a great chorus with lyrics about an interesting thieving character that the band met.

In Albion – The Fall
After a quiet year or two after their first releases, In Albion are well and truly back. This is their third release of the year and we hear that there are more to come.
