Wokingham borough council’s planning officers have granted permission that will see six flats, a restaurant and a takeaway coming to Winnersh.
Landowners had made a full planning application for the development with associated parking and landscaping, following demolition of an existing building at 424-426 Reading Road, the home of the former Rangamati takeaway prior to its relocation to Denmark Street in Wokingham earlier this year.
Conditions to the approval were applied, relating to parking, odour control and hours of work.
Officers granted permission on July 13.
