Wokingham will be home to a state-of-the-art golf simulation and sports performance business.
IPIF, advised by Haslams LLP, has announced the letting at Millars Business Park, Fishponds Close, Wokingham to Full Swing EMEA Limited, a leading innovator in golf simulators and sports performance technology.
The deal sees Full Swing take unit 7, which is 4,692 sq ft of prime industrial and office space, on a five-year lease.
The property will serve as Full Swing’s new EMEA showroom, showcasing the brand’s state-of-the-art technology to private and commercial clients.
Its technology is used by many golf professionals and legends of the game, including Tiger Woods.
He said: “With Full Swing, having the ability to hit and shape shots at home, just allows me to focus on the tournament and focus on winning.”
Millars Business Park is a newly completed development comprising four Grade-A industrial and warehouse units, offering high-quality accommodation with first-floor offices, allocated parking, EV charging points, and PV roof panels.
The scheme has already attracted dynamic tenants including Hiper Global UK and Carbon Rewind, with only unit 6 (5,440 sq ft) remaining available. The quoted rent is £16 per sq ft.
