Bracknell Forest council is asking for help to identify those responsible for what they have described as a “large fly tip” incident in South Road, Owlsmoor.
The tip, which is believed to have happened in the past two weeks, consisted mainly of roofing materials as well as packaging for children’s bunk beds, mattresses and an old running machine.
Did you see anyone offloading the materials or were you driving in the road and maybe have Dash Cam footage?
Please do get in touch if you have had work done recently and recognise any of the items shown in the photograph including the corrugated plastic roof sheeting and guttering materials.
There is some identifying material in the dumped rubbish which officers are following up on. This evidence shows the offenders are local to the area, so please, if you recognise any of the above information do get in touch.
If you have information that can help us, please contact the Public Protection Partnership on 01635 503242 or email [email protected] quoting reference 124288.
Fly-tipping is illegal, an eyesore, harmful to the environment, and it can be dangerous to anyone who comes into contact with it. It’s also expensive to clean up.
Those found guilty of fly-tipping can face fines and/or a prison sentence.
