Prior planning approval has been granted that will see two floors at a Wokingham business park office converted into 32 homes.
Officers at Wokingham Borough Council have granted the approval for the site at Indigo House in Mulberry Business Park, off Molly Millars Lane.
A change of use has been approved for the ground and first floors.
No external modifications can be made, and provisions for bike storage and bins must form part of the proposed development.
The decision was made on February 3, 2025.
