READING FC’s match with Port Vale was abandoned after thousands of supporters stormed the pitch in the 16th minute in protest against club owner Dai Yongge.
Royals fans have protested throughout the season, with the establishment of protest group Sell Before We Dai, as talks of a takeover continue to stall.
In previous home matches and for the FA Cup tie at Eastleigh, fans have thrown tennis balls and fake money onto the pitch to demonstrate their anger against the owner.
Tennis balls had been launched onto the pitch in the opening minute of the game which caused a delay.
Once the 16th minute came, to signify the amount of points the club has been deducted under Dai Yongge, thousands of fans took to the pitch to make their point.
