A SINGING session for women in Charvil will give altos and sopranos a chance to pretend they are members of the pop group Queen for the afternoon.
Singing teacher and Project Singers choir director Suzanne Newman will lead a music event for women fans of the band.
“It will be a fun singing afternoon for female voices in two part harmonies,” she said.
“We’ll be working on three great Queen songs, arranged for two part choir: Don’t Stop Me Now, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, and We Are The Champions.”
The event will take place at Charvil Village Hall, on Saturday, March 1, from 2pm until 4pm.
Tickets, which need to be booked in advance, cost £12 per person.
Music and refreshments are included.
