MEMBERS of a borough film club will hear the emotional true autobiographical story of humanitarian Nicholas Winton, who helped hundreds of children escape German-occupied Czechoslovakia on the eve of World War II.
Wokingham Film Society will show the film next month.
Made in 2023, and starring Anthony Hopkins, One Life can be seen at The Whitty Theatre, Luckley Road, on Thursday, August 8.
Doors open at 6.45pm, with the film starting at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £4 for members, and £6.50 for non-members.
