READING Vincentians will be celebrating their country’s 44th Independence Day with a commemorative dance and dinner.
Community group St Vincent & The Grenadines Reading is inviting people to Hilton Reading on Saturday, October 21, for the black tie event.
A drinks reception will be followed by a three-course meal, entertainment and an opportunity to hit the dancefloor. A soca and reggae mix will be delivered by artists True Identity, G String and Hot Ice.
There will be a raffle, which will help raise funds for Lupus UK.
Tickets are £60 if purchased before October 1 and £65 thereafter. Members tickets are £55.
The event takes place from 6pm-1am.
