Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Crowthorne yesterday which left a man with life-threatening injuries.

Just before 7.30pm on Tuesday, July 18, a blue Yamaha FZ1 motorbike collided with the roundabout on the A3095 (Forresters Way) junction with Joshua Jebb Way in Crowthorne.

The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, where he remains.

Investigating officer PC Connor Horan of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, based at Taplow, said: “I am seeking to locate any witnesses with dash-cam travelling from Sandhurst to Crowthorne along the A3095 to please get in touch if you have captured the collision or the moments leading up to it.

“At this stage, I believe this to be a single vehicle collision, and would urge anybody with any information to get in touch with Thames Valley Police.

“You can submit digital evidence via our dedicated portal for this incident or give a witness report via our website or by calling 101, quoting reference number 43230319279.”
