PROPERTY: The good things in life come in threes

Milton Gardens

It is often said that good things come in threes.

That is certainly true when it comes to a trio of flats for sale in Wokingham’s Milton Road area. Prospective buyers looking to find their ideal home or perhaps an investment property will be spoiled for choice.

All three apartments are ideally located for easy access to the town centre as well as transport links.

So, in no particular order, let me present three very different and very stylish properties all with one thing in common – a very nice price.

Highfield Close
HIghfield Close, Milton Road

Firstly, a two-bedroom flat at Highfield Close available at £250,000 with no onward chain, so no need to worry about possible messy complications.

Situated on the top floor of a quiet residential square, it is an ideal first-time purchase or investment property. If the latter appeals, it is worth pointing put there are already tenants in-situ.

PROPERTY: A delightful three-bedroom semi-detached family home

The large living room/dining room is bright and airy. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all the mod cons you require, and the re-fitted bathroom suite is the ideal place to soak away the cares of even the toughest day at the office. There is also a garage.

The flat is in excellent decorative order with new flooring throughout and within easy walking distance to Wokingham town centre and railway station.

Milton Gardens

Property number two is another two-bedroom flat in Milton Gardens, priced at £315,000. The location is equally convenient and there is the added benefit of secure access and beautifully maintained communal grounds with a garage in a nearby block and parking.

The accommodation comprises hallway, re-fitted kitchen, large living room, two double bedrooms and bathroom. The bedrooms are spacious with built-in wardrobes while there is double glazing throughout.

The kitchen has its own door but there is also a window connecting both, very handy for handing over a cheesy toastie during the football. This top floor flat is particularly bright with pleasant views.

Milton Court

Finally, flat number three, priced at £325,000, is a three-bedroom apartment in Milton Court. I loved the fitted kitchen which has a place for everything.

The kitchen reflects the overall stylish appeal of this lovely property which even has its own balcony.

The three bedrooms, one en-suite, are good sized or you could use one as an office or games room should you wish. The property also offers a garage in a block and residents parking.

All-in-all, these are three excellent flats each providing ideal accommodation or as an investment.
